Ten Tips for coping with stress for PDIs and ADIs

1. Plan your diary well in advance, learn to say NO.
2. Know you are tired and do something about it!
3. Manage your time and where possible delegate tasks.
4. Learn to accept what you can not change. (Driving Test wait times)
5. Agree with somebody, life doesn’t need to be a constant battle.
6. If you’re sick, stop. Don’t carry on as if you are not.
7. Get enough sleep and rest to recharge.
8. Avoid self medication, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, energy drinks etc
9. Find a way to relax, use a calming practice everyday, meditation, yoga, mindfulness or just chill for 10 minutes and breathe.
10. You can work off stress, if your lifestyle is sedentary. Take some physical activity.
