This is a training course for ADIs:
Who want to become a driving instructor trainer?
Are you already a trainer and want to add more to your toolkit?
Or you want to be a better ADI?
- There is a huge difference between knowing what to do and how to do it.
- The problem that the industry seems to face, we all know what to do.
- Do we know how to train someone to be a driving instructor and get results that are far better than the current pass rate, which is under 30% for Part 3.
- Learn how to help someone develop core skills, that form the fundamental principles of being a driving instructor?
- Discover training activities that you can use to help PDIS & ADIS improve and develop.
I have put together this in-person course so I can share with you my experience & techniques of training people, that have brought exceptional success to those I have trained to become driving instructors over the last 25 years.
The course is a mix of theory & practical training in car.
