Ten tips for ADIs & PDIs to avoid stress.

1. Schedule time daily to organise yourself and put it in your diary.

3. Set realistic deadlines to get a job done.
4. Focus on one task at a time.
5. Make a decision.
6. Consider the problem from more than one angle. How you see it, how someone else might see it.
7. Take a break away from work. Get out of the car/office.
8. Make sure you have family time and me time.
