Failure and Coaching

Failure and Coaching.

Self doubt is linked to our own personal relationship with failure The emotional response to failure does not say anything about you, your personality or your own self worth.

Failure can be overwhelming and be aware of those blockers we can all turn to. Binge watching TV, alcohol comfort food they are only temporarily and numb the pain for a short while but can make things a whole lot worse in the long term.

Allow the emotions to wash over you and learn from the experience, use it to build your resilience and personal strength.

Failure hurts, you can though dust yourself off and climb back into the saddle.

Take time to look at your values and your reasons. What do you want from your life?

Don’t make decisions based on the pain. Running away and hiding is not the solution.

Be your own COACH learn from the experience and stay true to your own self belief and values.

Use the important stuff in your life as an anchor.

Family, friends and the healthy aspects of what you enjoy, whether it’s gardening, exercising, reading, sporting activities.

Be grateful, support is out there, you only need to look.

The real support comes from within.

Wishing you all health and happiness and I hope these posts can work for you.

This group is dedicated to raising self awareness because learning comes from within.
