Standards Check support for ADIs
Whether your first Standards Check is coming up, or you were disappointed with your last grade, the assessment looks for the same thing: a lesson built around your client, with risk managed well and real learning taking place.
The examiner watches a normal lesson, so the best preparation is improving the way you teach every day. That is what my training is designed to do, and it counts towards your CPD.

What ADIs say
I’ve found the presentations extremely useful and they’ve helped me think much more carefully about how I structure my lessons, manage risk, ask better questions and give feedback. I would definitely recommend the presentations to other PDIs and ADIs who want to develop their teaching and prepare for a Standards Check.

Zoom presentations
I’ve been an instructor for more than 37 years and must say this course opened my eyes to the way I present my lessons and the needs of my pupils.

Essential Skills Workshop
Often trainers talk about WHAT we need to do BUT very few talk about HOW to do it. Graham unlocks that HOW. I would definitely recommend it whether you’re a PDI or ADI.
