Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must attend your course.

Refund Policy (Training Days)
If you fail to attend a training day no refund can be given. If you have paid for a training day and would like to request a refund, then you must do so within 7 days of booking the course.
Please put the request in writing to Graham Hooper, email grahamhooperadi@hotmail.com stating your reason for requesting a refund.


Please note: Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

We offer a money back guarantee on all our courses:
If you pay your deposit and don’t turn up the deposit is non-returnable. If you are paying in instalments and don’t attend, the payments so far made are non-returnable.
If, however, you attend the first day the training Day and you are not satisfied, so long as you notify me within seven days of the course start date, I will give
you back your deposit and any other payments you have made.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You may exchange your training day for another if you give 14 days notice of cancellation, prior to the date of the training day, you have booked.
