Part 3 training for PDIs
Part 3 tests whether you can teach, not just drive. Most PDIs I work with already know their stuff. What holds them back is showing it on the day: planning a lesson around the client, managing risk without taking over, and proving that learning is taking place.
That is exactly what my training focuses on. I have been training driving instructors for more than 25 years, and I am a Grade A ORDIT registered trainer.

Just failed your Part 3?
It is hard, and you are not the first. A fail usually comes down to two or three competencies, not everything, and that is very fixable with the right help.
Send me your examiner’s marking sheet and a few lines on how the lesson went. I will tell you honestly what I think went wrong and which training will help most before your next attempt.
